You can easily enter any wine by becoming a member of winescorecard.com and then
entering your wine here. For bulk
entries, email us a comma-separated values file (e.g. from Excel) of: winery, varietal, wine name,
approximate retail price, region, country. Or contact us at:

- Can I put my wine's label on its page?
You bet! This is a free service, but you need to contact us by
email/phone. We need to verify you identity/affiliation prior to
displaying your image. This process is to protect you, your
trademark, and us. We will need a GIF/JPG with the image. We
reserve the right to lower the resolution or resize the image
somewhat to fit our bandwidth/layout requirements. However, you
retain copyright to your image. If you're not happy with our
rescaling, we will withdraw it at your written request.

- How do we improve our wines' score?
We do not give out exact details on the PalatePrint™ calculation,
although some high level details are given here. We do
feature sponsored wines at reasonable advertising rates.
This advertising option will advance your wine in the orderings
presented to users. Your wine will be clearly marked as a featured
wine, and will retain its true PalatePrint™ rating for the user. To
maximize your advertising dollar, we will only "elevate" your
sponsered listing if gets 3 or more corks for a particular user.
This way your wine is not shown to someone who is unlikely to like
it.

- What advertising opportunities exist?
We offer several possibilities for sponsorship, from an improved
location on the recommendations page to banner ads for your winery
or wine, to written formal reviews of your wine, to wine parties
featuring multiple reviews of your wine. Please see our
rate sheet for more information.

- Will you review my wine in one of your written wine reviews?
We would love too! We might get to it eventually on our own.
However, you can guarentee a written review by sending us a bottle of
your wine. We cannot guarentee the content of the review - it will be
unbiased - we only promise that it will be reviewed in a timely
manner. We do not accept cash payment for wine reviews, but will accept wine donations.
